Sarah Long, PsyD, LCP
Trauma-Specialized,
Depth-Oriented Psychologist

Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.

Hi! I'm Dr. Sarah Long, a trauma-specialized psychologist who works with people living with trauma, grief and loss, major life transitions and identity shifts.

My work is relational and depth-oriented, grounded in clinical training and a bio-psycho-social-spiritual framework. In practice, that means paying attention to the whole person: your body and nervous system, your history and relationships, and your sense of meaning and spirituality, if that resonates. I offer collaborative psychological assessment, therapy, and psychedelic preparation and integration.

If you want to work on what's been keeping you stuck, at a pace that feels manageable, we might be a good fit.

“In the midst of hate, I found there was,
within me, an invincible love.

In the midst of tears, I found there was,
within me, an invincible smile.

In the midst of chaos, I found there was,
within me, an invincible calm.

In the midst of winter, I found there was,
within me, an invincible summer.”

Working Together

I work with people who are ready for deeper work but don't want to be rushed. My practice isn't set up for crisis care or quick fixes. Many of the people I work with are navigating trauma, grief, transition, or moments of change.

My role is not to push or rescue, but to walk alongside you. Along the way, I offer steady attention, clinical insight and care around pacing, so the changes have time to settle in. The work unfolds collaboratively, guided by your needs, goals, and readiness.
